Shipping & Delivery
At Berdita, we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you’ve ordered is out-of-stock, we will notify you within 2 working days and inform you of the likely delay. All our orders are sent by first class post (or Special Delivery) to ensure the speediest delivery to your door.
We are able to package most small orders in a convenient packaging designed to fit through most letter boxes. This means that you shouldn't need to sign for it, or be present to receive your order. Larger orders will be packed in boxes that may not fit through a standard letter box.
Delivery within the UK
We are able to send our items via Royal Mail - this makes it more convenient for you, and usually takes 1-2 days.
Delivery outside the UK
For your security we only send items by Airsure (only applicable to certain countries) or by International Signed For. Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-5 days. Delivery to the Rest of the World usually takes 5-10 days. All other costs including local import or customs charges, or taxes, and insurance are to be covered by the customer.

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days of receipt of the goods we can offer to exchange or refund your unworn items (with all original packaging) – just contact us via email or telephone and we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed. You will be refunded the same way you paid for your order, but please understand it will take up to 14 days for your account to be credited except for the cost of return postage. Please note that all non-faulty items need to be in the original packaging, with all tags attached, unworn, and suitable for resale.
Hosiery Return Policy
We make every effort to get your fit right, however, with all hosiery some experimentation may be necessary depending on your fit needs. We will accept for return or exchange unopened hosiery packages. Due to the delicate nature of hosiery we do not accept for return or exchange hosiery that has been opened and tried on.
Order by simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons and selecting the colour/size/quantity you require and then follow the on screen process to complete the order process. You have the option of setting up an account which gives you extra functions to view past orders and set up delivery addresses.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
For deliveries within the UK, all pricing includes UK VAT for deliveries. For deliveries outside the UK (including the EU) VAT will not be charged at our checkout. However, VAT, import, administration fees and/or customs charges may be payable locally.
Our internet payment technology uses the safest possible methods to ensure your security and uses 128 bit encryption.
Ordering by phone
Although we do everything possible to ensure our internet payments are safe, we are happy to take orders by phone. Feel free to contact us on 01379 388600 during office hours (09.00 – 17.00).
You will be notified on screen of confirmation of your order. Should you need to be contacted, we will keep you updated via email.
As you enter items on your shopping cart you can view your order by clicking on "My Account". If you have set up an account you can view previous orders and the progress of orders not yet completed.
Updating Account Information
You can update your acccount information by logging into "My Account".
